Definitely worth the money! We had a great time and a wonderful view over Auckland. l recommend going up while the weather is good for a beautiful and wide view. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland. The elevator isn‘t too fast so you don‘t get dizzy. There is ice cream and a bar on top.

I had the most incredible experience at Sky Tower this New Year's Eve! The fireworks display was absolutely stunning, by far the best I've ever seen. The vantage point from the tower was breathtaking, providing a panoramic view of the city and harbor. The atmosphere was electric, and the countdown was unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting Sky Tower for any special occasion, but especially for New Year's Eve.
A bit too crowded but if you can handle that, it’s such a great experience. Really quick ticket purchase through the self serve machine and off we went. No need to buy tickets in advance if you’re just there for sight seeing. Staff were always friendly and helpful and guided people in and out of lifts. Great views of Auckland and good little spots to sit and enjoy it. Glass were a bit dirty but understandable how hard it would be to maintain and clean it when people let their children rub their hands and faces all over it.
