I recommend renting or buying through new image realestate, I was a tenant for a couple years and have always had good communication, and they resolved any issues that we ever had. I’ve never had any issues with them. I know when I buy a house I’ll be going through new image!!!

I was a tenant for 2 years. I left just recently do buy a house mind you they turned quite different, I had to wait for my FULL bond refund because they refused to acknowledge the RTA and said they could t do anything. Pity, because I never once made them wait for the rent, yet they had no problem making me wait for my bond. They said they could t speed up the process, but if they had just acknowledged the RTA they could’ve speed it up. Only have them the extra star because they didn’t hound me like others when I was a tenant. I thank the RTA for my money back, definately not them !!!

Scam ALERT!!  Please refrain using this real estate agent. The workers here namely Elayne and Mylee will just make you fool. They are a big time scammers and send overstated water invoices and rental ledgers.They make fraudulent statements just to claim the full bond and will drag tenants into the whole situation for no reason. They treat there Tenants without any respect and soon I will be publishing the tonality of their emails on social media to alert public. MAYBE ITS TIME TO GO SCHOOL FOR PROPER EDUCATION LADIES!!!  DO NOT USE THIS AGENT AT ALL!!!

I was a tenant through New Image Real Estate. They always contacted myself and the owner promptly when needed. whenever I had concerns or questions about anything, it was always quickly explained to me in a way that I could understand. I give New Image Real estate 5 stars!

Our journey with New Image Real Estate has been a very enjoyable time with  help from Mylee and her staff following up with everything we had concerns with.  At all times they have been very professional and courteous we can recommend these wonderful people to work for you and we you wish all the best and thank you for all your help.

Purchased a property with New Image Real Estate and they manage the property for me. Inspections are carried out periodically with supporting photos. Each month we receive an itemised statement, easy to read. Any repairs are organised by Mylee my property manager. Would recommend the team highly. Ben has local knowledge and we bought the property at a great price. They all go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. Thanks and continue the good work. Would highly recommend and have been to our friends wishing to invest in Brisbane.
