Customer service is terrible and their knowledge on the products they sell is not as good as it should be when selling vitamins and herbal products, need training so they can help customers. They refuse to do refunds even if the product is unopened and bought an hour ago but because the wrong information was given to me about a health product the lady did give a refund but was very rude and obviously unhappy that I was right and she was wrong. I stopped going there because of bad customer service
