Natureland is Nelson’s zoo and wildlife conservation centre where you can get up close and personal to some unique New Zealand natives like Tuatara and Kea. Hang with the monkeys and get hands on with a range of interesting domestic animals. We are proud to be a community focused charitable trust so come on in and have a conservation conversation

I had my son's 1st birthday here in April and it was beautiful! They have two decent sized tables with a big gazebo in a nice area with a park close by and animals all around. The kids had an absolute blast as did the parents. You can also Byo food which is a bonus! We had a goat in counter also where the kids could feed the goats which was great. I would come back here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend for any birthday parties!

Nature Land is a fantastic place to visit! The variety of animals is impressive, and the enclosures are well-maintained. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable.
