Natureland is Nelson’s zoo and wildlife conservation centre where you can get up close and personal to some unique New Zealand natives like Tuatara and Kea. Hang with the monkeys and get hands on with a range of interesting domestic animals. We are proud to be a community focused charitable trust so come on in and have a conservation conversation

Great visit with the kids, it's nice to see how everything develops and new animals always motivate to come back. I think the kids need the yearly passes for x mas this year.

The parking lots are enough, the staffs are sooo kind and also the gift shop is nice. In fact the zoo was a bit small (just enough for the kids) but peaceful and most of all, i felt the love of the staffs to the animals

Fun and informative for young children. Keeper talks are always great.

As a local with a toddler we have an annual pass for 1 child plus any adult. My daughter loves it and other adults can take her too. Facilities are a little run down but it's got a good range of animals.
