If I could put 0 I would. FLEE THIS RENTAL SPECIFIC RENTAL Paris Gare de Lyon. I rented a car during November and was billed for a tire to be replaced where nobody checked before we left that it had been damaged before and no where I was able to see those damages. In addition as I contested the damages the person in charge told us to sign anyway and that we would be called after to contest. That never happened and I just received the billed for this to pay. Again FLEE THIS RENTAL. I am working with national for a while but this place is not to be worked with.
Unfortunately waited 2 and a half hours with a 2 and 5 year old. Got given a car they called an upgrade that was dirty, had no fuel and no baby and todler seats as requested. Staff did not care and a lot of angry customers. Very very poor and very disappointing. Will neve use them again. Too bad I cant give a zero rating
Stay away at all costs. I switched credit cards when I arrived because I used my personal card to book my business trip. They have charged both cards and I have tried to dispute the charges but they have my signed agreement which I agree is true. I have been charged double with no recourse. Over $580 US Dollars. They are thieves. I also booked and was charged for a Mercedes and received a Renault. The worst customer service ever!!
