Waverley BMW is amazing!! It was a dream after talking to Andrew over the phone and getting the financial deal and the detail! Visiting the excellent and spacious Waverley BMW was also a beautiful memory and an excellent customer experience. The finance was decided and the test drive was done within a day. Andrew was amazing, very flexible, not pushy with the sale and we didn’t have to ask anything but Andrew looked after everything and handed our dream car perfectly! We had purchased our very first BMW through Vince back to last October, it was a very hard time for us to get a car as we needed for work. Vince tried his very best to help us to secure the vehicle.  He’s very responsible to his clients. He’s also very enthusiasm and devotion to BMW.  We went back for our first service then met Henry from the service team. He’s very patient and professional while answering my questions.  We also had a roadside assistance service two nights ago, the technician came to our place with in 40mins and check my tyres manually again and again to make sure they are all working good. Reset the system for us and fully explained to us why would this happen. The technician was well presented with clean and neat uniform, the service car was also very presentable-well represented the branding.  A very good team and trustable dealership-Waverley BMW.
