Rented a faulty van, which cut out when we were trying to reverse the Van and then wouldn't restart. weere left stranded during the move. No refund was given. Spoke politley with Lloyd to request one, after some discussion llyod hung up on me. If you are in the oakleigh area, please use Ikea. $90 for the entire day, with new Vans. The Vans Lloyd is renting are likely not road worthy. I'll be contacting the ACCC about this. Also, lloyd said that because he was able to restart it the next day that there was nothing wrong with the Van. Upon quick googling, it could be an issue with the solenoid, or batteries. He also mentioned that people tried to get a refund like this often. This could indicate that there are problems with the Van rather than the customers. Or he could be doing this intentionally. He also did a similar bait and switch saying that he had 80 dollar Vans but only the 130 dollar Vans we're available, see above review for that story.

Cheap vans but watch them as they can be in roadworthy

Van was not road worthy but customer service was excellent.
