Nando's would generally get a 5 stars from me. But this store loses one because here it's almost impossible to place an order unless you are at the store. They have a number, but nobody ever picks up. And they are located on a busy street, almost impossible to get parking nearby. It may be a nice place to dine in.

Everytime I order on ubereats they are unable to complete the order even though it's an hour and a half before they close lol.

Chicken was not that great, chips were okay. We visited with children in Burgundy St. The girls were terrible. Wouldn't provide a glass of water. When we asked she placed a bottle of water. I don't know how she can think that a customer would drink water without a glass. No commitment and commonsense. Basically the attitude of the staff was pathetic. If the owner of the restaurant read this, please give some training for the staff immediately. We wouldn't go there again.
