I copped some amazing service this evening with ALL staff looked super happy to be there and interacted amazing with other customers and myself.

This is a great McDonald's, with two play grounds for the kids to have a run around and climb in. It clean and tidy, which is what you would expect from most McDonald's, but rarely see in them. To top it all off, the staff are all lovely and friendly as well.

Normally one of the better McDonalds but today I ordered a single item that they got wrong twice!

Had a bad experience here. Was my regular Maccas but in the future will be going to heidelberg. 
Truely rude service. Even the manager.

It is a McDonald's. No less than the trees or the stars, it has a right to be there. Great service kids, made the latter half of my morning.
