Today I Ordered a pizza and while chewing a piece of sharp plastic came in one of the slices, easily could have got my mouth and through cut with that, i dont know how to take further action on this issue. Very disappointing experience with brand of such big name.

Update: after filling the form mentioned by Domino’s I received quick feedback and after one month I received the refund. Thank you! I increased the stars, but I would have liked a faster process. Maybe the problem was PayPal, but my first email did not have answer until I published here and I was pointed out to fill a form. Before: Last November I made a 26€ order and it was never delivered. And they never refunded me the 26€. They say you have to talk to PayPal and PayPal says that you have to talk to Domino.
I tried Kebap Royal and it was good, the people in there are very kind and helpful. Planning to try another Pizza someday
Is that normal pizza ?
Horrible customer service. We placed an order and asked them to call us when they arrived. They called and said they were almost there, so one of us went out to wait for them. 20 minutes later, they still hadn't shown up. Finally we called them and they rudely insisted that they had come and no one was there. Eventually it turned out that they had gone to the wrong address. When our pizza finally arrived it was cold and we were still made to pay the full price. Very disappointing experience.
It was probably the worst pizza I've ever ordered. It wasn't pizza, it was soup on a dough. I couldn't even hold it because it was totally wet. Even the box was wet so it started to tear. I strongly don't recommend to order here.
No ethics. Ordered wasn't delivered even after waiting for an hour. Later we had to call them to check where it was and we were told order won't be delivered as it is far. Why didn't they call and inform this in first place. Hopeless service.
I picked up the pizza, very friendly team and courteous. The pizza was ready very quickly. Great!
