We love Nandos and have eaten at many of their establishments. We've had some delicious chicken at the Bentleigh location. However, it can be hit and miss with the occasional slightly burned chips or missed item. Service isn't bad but there can be a wait if there are a few people. For an expensive take away option it would be great to have better consistency. When it's great it's great! Tip: Grab an ice-cream from Will's Batch next door, it's yummy

Terrible service, missed my drinks, extras on the pita, no mayonnaise, salad was just lettuce. How does the hesd office let this happen, never before have I experienced such terrible Nandos

Terrible. Don't even bother. Messed up my order. Didn't put the sauce on, but managed to use the correct sticker? Honestly they continue to disappoint, and don't care about you.

I don’t write reviews but I had to this time. One of the staff members were extremely rude. They were out of knives and I needed one for my chicken, so I asked nicely for one, and the Korean guy behind the grill interrupted me and started dissing me rudely saying “ya ya ya ya ya ya”. Plus, the chicken was so tough and dry, and nothing like the usual juicy chicken I have from Nandos. Honestly, if Nandos Bentleigh can’t hire polite staff or get their act together, you’re going to slowly lose customers and business. Starting with me.
