1 hour wait for delivery. No update, sms, call about it being late. No apology by the Delivery man. I understand you are busy but just providing a simply update or apology would have gone a long way. Now you've lost a customer permanently.

1 HOUR WAITING FOR MY PIZZA DELIVERY!! NOW, THAT'S RIDICULOUS!! You've got to be joking!! I've been a loyal customer for many year's & this is how me & my family have been treated, who's responsible?? It's time you take East Bentleigh store needs a shake up!! More staff & drivers required..... Get your act together guys.....it's not a good look.... DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & TREATMENT. Not even a phone call.

Cooked in time and very generous with all ingredients even though i got the pizza on offer. Tasted really good ..much better than the cheap dominos who barely put ingredients on offer pizzas. Will order again let see how consistent it is..

Pizzas made how you'd expect. In a good way. Punctual. Nice offers of sides. Dropped a star due to vegetarian partner finding soms beef on her vege pizza.
