Time for some serious staff training. Stood around for ten minutes (with two others) while the staff discussed how to log in to the system. Eventually told to use an atm. When I explained that it was saying the account was not linked to my card they very helpfully pointed out that my credit card account isn’t linked to my credit card. Excellent. Anyway. Eventually convinced them to manually process the cheque.... When they eventually conceded defeat re logging in their solution was to close the roller door and tell customers already in the store to go to the Box Hill branch. Hopeless....

Had to wait in line for 25 minutes just to ask a question about my pin. The man and woman at the counter seemed very slow and struggled to work out the process of changing a pin. Many people walked out frustrated from the delay. Worst nab branch I have been to. Customer service was very poor.
