Seriously consider not going with this bank. Phone and internet banking is prehistoric. You cannot pay anyone from your mobile phone. Not even with the cumbersome security dongle they provided, they have taken that option away. This bank is technologically miles behind every other Australian Bank. You will not be able to pay friends on the spot. Every online transaction takes 5 plus minutes.

If I could have an option of no star, then I would have selected without a doubt. Worst banking experience. Improperly trained staffs with unprofessional rude manners. Fool customer like a idiot and cheating interests on your deposit. Especially stay away from a staff called Candzu, she's the rudest one I've ever seen . Save your money go somewhere else! This Doncaster Westfield branch is hopeless!

Worst banking experience ever. Terrible phone skills and even worse communication skills. Would not ever recommend for a credit car or any sort of "interest free" deals.
