The lender gave us a soft approval and said if we found a property to go for it as all he needs is one more payslip to lodge the application but everything else is fine...so we bought a property and called him and he said its fine and we could sign the contract of sale...then when we had a meeting with him he told us that we could no longer borrow that much money...so thanks to his stuff up we have lost over $10,000...i cant' believe it! In future, unless i have my own cash to buy a house outright i am going to rent because i never ever want to go through this again! Never getting a home loan...ever! Seriously don't do it.

Have booked in to meet one of the consultant who is not in time even when I am the 1st one.
Don't answer his call and don't reply sms. Worse of all. I still have to wait in line to tell the counter that I have appointment.
