Naïm (Originally Shouk Cafe) is a modern Middle Eastern influenced cafe in Paddington, Brisbane.

After almost 3 years in Paddington we've recently re-branded in anticipation of our second venue opening in South Brisbane but are still the same team serving up delicious, modern cafe dishes inspired by the markets and dining tables of the Middle East.

Easily the best breakfast I have had in over 7 years of eating out all over the country. Great backdrop high on the hill and awesome concept of plant based menu and the other side being “regular” menu. Recommend the vegetarian shakshuka- moist falafels instead of eggs
Such a lovely venue with friendly staff. There’s a good selection of food as well. Coffee was excellent. This is a place where you would like to enjoy a cup of coffee in a cozy atmosphere.
We had a birthday brunch at Naim and it was a fantastic spot for brunch, offering a diverse range of options of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The food is both hearty and flavourful and the Today’s juice was fabulous.nThe staff were so charming and friendly and we had a wonderful experience.
While visiting Brisbane we were overwhelmed with choices for where to get breakfast, I’m very glad we chose to go here, Linda our barista and server was so friendly and made the experience feel that extra bit special. The food came out quickly and it was AMAZING, The coffee was so great that I had to get a second one to takeaway. Special mention to Roger
The food - The hummus with falafel was delectable - the felafel was so fresh and flavourful, perfect. It may seem like a boring regular dish for a night out but theirs is really amazing and just the right size honestly. The bastilla was a phenomenal explosion of flavours, thoroughly enjoyed that one. The baba ghanouj tartlets were such a fun treat. Save room for dessert because the saffron puffs are so fun!! Overall, it’s really awesome that both vegans and omnivores will enjoy this place because there are so many GREAT options.nnDrinks - so many fun options. The lattes, especially the pittaya coconut rose water one, are so good!! And the dark and stormy mocktail was a perfect balance for the flavours of the dishes we got.nnThe service - so friendly and passionate! So knowledgeablennThe vibes - lovely vibes for a dinner. Cool maps and art all around.nnPerfect date spot or even a good spot to catch up with friends and family!
