I was very disappointed with staff attitude. I went there to buy a product from Clinique. A lady works there was so rude & unwelcoming. Same thing happened to me during Christmas, but I didnot bother to complain or write review. Again, today same lady was there and she got same attitude. Today, I couldnot stop myself from writing this and decided not to visit this store again👎

The fitting room in both men’s section on level 3 and ladies on level 4 is horrible!!! The ladies who work around the fitting rooms definitely need more training on customer service... it doesn’t feels like Myer there!

So disappointed with Myers. A lot of their products no longer stocked. I just think if they kept more of their product lines they might have more people shopping there. Even staff are disappearing, for the company to save money. When you need help you cannot find anyone. Sorry Myers 👎

There is no help when you're looking for it but when you go near the fitting room the stupid helper was concerned that we were taking lots of clothes inside. When I told her it was just 3 jeans she was very rude and said make sure to bring them back. What kind of customer experience is that.
