Harvey Norman Warehouse

Had a bad overall experience. Customer service was not helpful and was on her phone all the time. Her name was Lily if I’m not mistaken. They took a load of my time when i was doing a click & collect.

Item was given to the wrong person. Then said that they won’t compensate for any problem that occur because of this. Was forced to refund the item and wasted 3 hours of my time.

Friendly and helpful staff. The warehouse workers went out of their way to help fit a large tv box in the back of my 4wd safely and securely

Had a pretty smooth experience. It's not too far from the showroom. I just presented my bill at the counter and within few minutes , a couple of guys were ready with my order. They placed everything nicely in my car.

Such a bad flagship click & collect. Was expecting more from the service and gotten played upon. Had to demand for service in order to be served. Bad experience overall

One of the best customer service I have experienced from the gents who helped load the car & the sweetest lady at the front desk I can't remember her name but she was an Asian woman. Amazing service!

I actually ordered an attachment that wasn’t compatible with my machine instead of just sending it out they called and asked if it was for a separate machine and were happy to swap it over on the system for the right one and it didn’t affect my early morning delivery. Great staff great service.

Easy to pick up large goods purchased at Harvey Norman. Staff really helps to get the products into the car. Good service.

Great click and collect service from here... 5 mins is the longest I've needed to stay

It is what it says it is, a warehouse. Though there was a muck up, where i was told on the phone to pick up from there. Then they sent it to the showroom. I was made to go there needlessly. So one star off.
