An inviting cafe in Port Melbourne with interesting, maybe quirky decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has some tasty eggs on toast and creative smoothie and coffee.
Overall nice place, friendly staff, good spaces both indoor and outdoor. Coffee was great and so were most of the items we ordered. We were disappointed though that the chicken in their chicken and waffles was heavily processed meat could barely tell it was chicken, and my "extra" bacon was a rather tiny serve. We also found odd that smoked salmon is not available as an extra on the side, when the it features on the mains menu...
Great cafe for locals and visitors to Port Melbourne. I had a ice latte and croissant here this morning. Staff are fab, very friendly and seem to know everyone walking passed. Coffee was strong - beans by supreme. Will definitely visit again soon.
Started off really good customer service from a waiter. Food was reasonably comforting except from the burnt brioche . Ambience is quite relaxing. Until my husband went to pay: Girl/waitress: How was the food? My husband: Yes, it was good. Out of kindness we didnt want to make a fuss on the burnt brioche.. My husband: Do you take Amex? Girl/waitress: Have you got another card? My husband: Uhm, yes. Girl/waitress: Can we use that? My husband was so shocked with her attitude but it was only 10.15am on a Saturday so we didnt want to complain. Unless this cafe is the only last cafe on earth... will we come back? No. Sorry.
In a little quite Bridge Street Port Melbourne lays a homely, warm, and most hospitable cafe. I have been on several occasions, and the food is to die for over and over again. Today specials is a salad that just flows my mind, with Quinoa, spinach, onion, asparagus, pumpkin puree, poach eggs herbs and nuts. Perfectly balanced. Coffee here is unquestionable !!! Congratulations My Sista Says, keep up the good work. Will definitely return many more occasions.
As far as coffee spots go, it's great! Safe bet! You'll most likely get a tidy cup of coffee... Thanks for the fresh pastry too. Too often do I order one from other cafes and it was yesteryears stock! The rest of the menu is great! I had a pull pork bun once, pretty good. Seating here is the only draw back. Its a little cramped, but if cozy and intimate is on your agenda, then it's perfect! Parking at this spot can be tough if you're not a local and don't know the area. Helpful hint, park just down the street on princes or station. Its a very short walk to Bay and bridge, and parking is All Day long... no hefty fines. Pop in. Its a tasty wee spot!

Really nice coffee, friendly staff and some very satisfying brunch items. The omelette particularly so!
Great smooth coffee. Delicious avo smash. Brunch menu had a bunch of tasty sounding staples. Will be back for more. Could improve ventilation and music.
