Stopped in today, for the first time. Will definitely return. The Buddha bowl was great and the baked egg special was “full of flavor”. Friendly staff. Lots of outdoor seating. Accessibility: small step up inside approx 6cm. Some high-top tables inside. Lots of sidewalk seating outside including some with picnic-style seating.
Beautiful little cafe! We tried the salmon bowl, slow cooked lamb, kids pancakes and smashed avo on toast! Excellent serving sizes, great for someone like me who likes big meals: salmon was beautifully cooked and so was lamb. Will be back for sure!
I have been to Hurricane Handsome for a few weeks now, usually for a working Sunday brunch. Love the food, especially the specials changing weekly and bringing new flavours each time. Spot on Soy Lattes to accompany a great meal. Staff are attentive and smiling, definitely a 5- for me!

Great vibe. Full of people. Great and very fast service. Coffee was tasty. The order took for ever to come but the guy possibly owner apologised before we even say anything. Ordered the eggs benedict with pulled pork. It was great highly recommended. Also ordered the roasted Mushrooms it looks very pretty and it was nice but i think it lacked a bit of taste it did have a little bit of too much pesto even but this was not the solution. Over all a great choice for breakie
Had brunch at Hurricane handsome and whilst the menu was extensive and specials on top! I didn’t really enjoy the porridge dish. Honey was listed in the description but I couldn’t taste it and it was very bland. It had a lot of crunch due to many nuts but not enough fruit so lacking balance as well as flavour. Cherry ripe pancakes sounded good but I was trying to be healthy Note the review is accurate I am just a bit late in posting it
I just had to give this great place a rating after numerous visits for a good breakfast. Sunday was chockers .. had to wait a good 30 minutes or so but what they put on the plates was all worth it. Keep up the great work guys !
One of our favourite cafes in the area. The coffee is great and so is the breakfast. We had the Labanese style brunch, chilli eggs and eggs and bacon rolls. The food was excellent!
Yes, the tropical pancakes look spectacular! The coconut jelly- spot on The caramelised pineapple- spot on Mango sorbet- refreshing Pancakes- epic FAIL They were more like large crumbly & doughy bread cakes. The main item in this dish has let the accompaniments down. Very disappointed Coffee was ok
They give good portions of food and everything is fresh and super tasty. Highly recommend, I would definitely come here again. Vegetarian options: Vegan options available
