Should you have a Handbag or other leather products that are in need of repair or restoration even if you think the item concerned is “past its use by date, I would recommend that in the first instance you take it to Royal Bag Spa and let them have a look.I have taken at last count 5 leather items and the quality  and the workmanship of restoration has to be seen to be believed. The whole royal bag team is amazing. Very patience and very clear in explaining the whole process. Alex, especially, is very thorough. He would explain in details what they will do to your bag beforehand. Overall was a very pleasing experience. My bags are all as new thanks to Royal Bag.

My Louis Vuitton Estrela Tote had a tear in the leather connector the part that attaches the strap to the bag. I sent it to Royal Bag Spa and their service was excellent. Great communication. My bag has been repaired and returned to me. I HIGHLY recommend x

I've ordered two items from here and i am really pleased with the quality of the designer bag and especially the customer service. The pricing is extremely reasonable and a lot cheaper compared to other competitive consignment stores. I'm hoping they'll list some more designer jewellery pieces!

I've used the Bag Spa a few times now and they have been fantastic to deal with. They fixed my Hermes sandals and made them look brand new and expedited it as I was going away.

This is the only place I will take my designer items for repair and for cleaning. They are professional, speedy and do an incredible job. I’ve taken a few items to them already and cannot thank them enough. You are in safe hands at the royal bag spa

I spent months looking for the perfect bag for me. This one is it.. second hand but in perfect condition. Also it was delivered so quickly to Western Australia.. where nothing arrives quickly..very happy.

I am amazed by their work and customer service. It was done in the time frame they originally mentioned. Very communicative and patient staffs. I don’t have before photos to upload but can see from the inner side that how amazing its done. They even cleaned and repainted the pouch and attached it without me requesting it. The bag looks like day 1 now. I absolutely recommend this place if you are as fussy as me.
