Absolutely greedy company, holds money from people and makes it impossible get refunded money from their mistake. Do not use this or talk to people, complete waste of time and will save you heartbreak in the future. Worst customer service and call center experience I've ever had.
I have been with lumo for more then 3 years now. Very cheap and fully satisfied with their customer service. It doesn’t deserve so many negative ratings i can guarantee that . Just try them for once . Thank you lumo and keep it up .
My boyfriend called the staff of Lumo 2 times, but they always hand off the phones while my bf still talking. They did not respect their customers. Poor for big company, and Indian staff need to improve your english skill, at least speaking for others could understand what they try to say. My bf and I would change other service.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Never been late with an electricity or gas bill and was denied. Go elsewhere guys, not worth it.
Avoid at all costs!! Despite being organised over a week in advance they didn’t hook my power up for 3 days after I moved in and had to cancel my contract and go with another provider.
