Intercheck took 30 days to get my clearance and it wasn't until I asked for my money back that they took action. I will never recommend their services.
More than two weeks has gone by, still no Police Check. My application is simple and straight forward, born in Victoria, lived in Australia all my life. Falsely advertise their timeframes which is alot of rubbish.
Do not go with this mob, they provide shocking service all they do is spew company lines back at you, they don't, they also don't keep to timelines they say they do, and they find excuses to drag out the time the check takes, they basically take your money and give you nothing.

I was skeptical about their authenticity and response time... I suppose it depends on the type of work and search you required them to conduct. My was a straight forward one, so it was fast and easy, within 24 hours. It took me a while to overcome technical process, since I am not very good with computer. I get update about the process via email, and SMS. Now I am just waiting for hard copy in the mail. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it.
They are seemingly professional people in Police Check. I have known this organisation since I was working as a volunteer recruitment officer. They have a sound progress report system even during the weekend if there is a possible delay, such as duplicate names. Also, the price is very competitive and reasonable. I strongly recommend Intercheck to anyone.
Amazingly quick turnaround time for the National Police Check that I applied for. Rates are pretty fair too. Would highly recommend them. Also the form is very easy to fill out as well.
Very easy to use and exceptionally quick reply with keeping up to date of the progress, only issue I have initially was making certain I had quick access to a selfie, 100 point ID, passport and license etc to upload - therefore I had to sign in a few times after site had timed out. Would be good to have notice to have these upfront before starting the procedure.
Although I was told it would take 1-2 days for my police check to arrive , it did take 6 days. Even so I was very happy with the service I received from InterCheck. The assistance I received over the phone when I was filling in my details and proof of I.D was excellent. I would certainly recommend InterCheck
It was very quick and had no hassle to proceed. I usually have long names surnames, which are not fit to many Australian documents. As soon as I send all the ID's which represent my names in those different ways, I got the certificate on the same day. Thank you! I wish I give 10 Stars
