My experience: friendly greeting. We were asked nicely to sit and wait for our menus. We were waiting quite a long time. Two tables were served before us. The food was nice but was unable to enjoy due to the service. We were asked how our meals were. Not enticed to return, though everyone else seemed to have had an enjoyable experience...

Nice little cafe, great service and impressive presentation. The food itself wasn't bad but not mind blowing either. This place has the advantage of almost no competition which makes it popular.

Food was nice once it arrived. Would have preferred to have had the suggestion made to put in our order asap before a large table to avoid an additional 20min wait. Especially with 2 young children. It states it's a child friendly cafe however it is not equipped with a change room/station so had to change a baby and toddler in the car - not fun! Staff were very friendly.

If I'm in the region, I always make sure to stop at Mrs. Jones for lunch. This cafe is one of the best things Denmark and the food is always perfect - delicious, with generous portions - and the wait staff are very accommodating and attentive. The wait time after ordering is quite long though so do expect to spend an hour or so there. Also, on hot days, try to sit outside as the inside room can get stifling hot. However, the food more than makes up for any inconveniences.
