A lovely lunch today - bbq salmon, chips and salad and bbq red emperor , chips and salad. Enjoyable. Order and pay at the counter and collect a buzzer to fetch your food when ready. Helps keep costs down!nnVery busy and not easy to get parking although there is a lot of parking.  Excellent friendly  service, lovely view and atmosphere. Beware though! Very cheeky seagulls! Just guard your plate carefully and you’ll be fine. There is a station to tip out your leftovers if the sole clearer hasn’t swooped on your plate before you leave. PLEASE don’t get up and leave your plate behind with food on - the squawk goes out and a swarm of gulls will descend, plus  take the opportunity to steal from plates on neighbouring tables!nnWe will be back.

I was here a long time ago and I think the cafe expanded and is now much bigger. We had the fish and chips, seafood platter and they were really good. Just note that there are plenty of seagulls around and if you are seated outside, they will try to join you at your table!

We made our way to Fremantle after a long trek in the city. Stopped by this place for our late, late lunch. We were all ravenous by this point. The food arrived pretty quickly and we were glad we didn't have to wait long to tuck in. The food were delicious. A special shout out to the really good seafood chowder served in a crusty bread bowl - one of the best I have had so far. The seafood platter was good as well. I had especially liked the scallops. It was done so well and the texture was springy and light. I washed down all the good food with a refreshing glass of apple cider made locally I think. One of the interesting part of dining here are the seagulls. If you are seated outside, they will flock down and settled themselves around your table and once you leave, they will lunge at the leftover food very aggressively.

Was pleasantly surprised had a lovely lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There’s a new bar in the middle between the food counters and outside looks fresh and clean. Food was very good.

Always the family favourite to go for fish and chips in Fremantle. Beautiful setting and good food. What more can you ask? The staff who served us last time were friendly and accommodating. We tried the fresh grill bar for the first time and had the chilli.  crab. The G&t on tap is not bad either. We will definitely come back
