Come into our beautiful cafe at The Fremantle Arts Centre.

Story

The best coffee in Fremantle, along with fantastic, interesting, seasonal food.

Things are changing, so if you haven't been down in a while we'd love to see you back.

We have a beautiful secret courtyard, or you can sit in the sun on the Art Center's front lawn. There is heaps of parking (4 hours free) out the front on Finnerty Street and lots of space for kids.

We cater for small and large functions and our beautiful courtyard is available for hire.

Loved this place! Open picnic area, great seating and accommodating, brilliant staff. The food is amazing. Pros: great service, menu caters to diet restrictions (highly recommend the wraps - didnt know a simple dish could taste so good), sitt at picnic tables or BYO rug, beautiful set up and fusion between the Canvas cafe and Arts centre. Great for families and small kids. Free parking. Cons: Coffee was too weak for my liking. Order an extra shot or topped up only 3/4 if you get it with milk.

Canvas joins the long line of cafes serving waffle with fried chicken. They do not disappoint tho! Crispy chicken and slightly sweet waffle-what else do you want!

It is a lovely place, the bartenders were quick and efficient, and after your coffe/brunch you can go and see the gallery and enjoy some great art.

Quaint courtyard cafe with an awesome menu. Lovely tea and coffee and delicious food and cake selection. The Rueben sand which was huge and extremely filling. My favourite thing about this cafe is it's location and the beautiful flower arrangements on each of the tables.
