These USE to be the Best donuts. 2 days ago I got a 4pk of Pineapple Glaze donuts. They were disgusting. Where's the GLAZE? Unfortunately 2 of them ended up in the BIN. I won't be buying & recommend others not to buy them again!!!!!!
Use To Really enjoy these donughts they were my favourite. I'm not sure what happened they are no longer the same. Must have changed recipes, and they are never fresh when you buy them from Safeway.. disappointing won't buy again.
If it ain’t broke dont “fix” it. These used to be full of flavour, sweet and the donut soft. They’re hard, bland and taste cheap and nasty now. Won’t be buying again until they’re changed back for sure. Trashed.
They all used to be awesome. Now the icing is horrible, thin and tasteless. The custard filled are also just as bad. Who ever has done this should be fired. Not going to ever buy any product from them again.
Used to be fantastic, recently have become inedible. Icing thin and weird tasting, fillings near non-existent and flavourless and even the donut dough seems less fresh. Whatever changed is going to sink them instead of saving them money.
Not here to join the argument of taste of Donuts. I love their Apple Cinnamon muffins! Just want to share my experiences with the services. Visited the shop first time in my life. Olga forgive me if spell wrong was very very friendly and explained their products and what other services they can provide. At the same time, every clients walked out with boxes of donuts and muffins : I just want to say, I love their muffins and hope the business can keep the taste and services.
Why why would you change your icing on the donuts I'd buy a box of 4 and by the time I got home from shopping they would be gone now my children say there's something wrong with them they won't eat them. And please don't blame covid there is heaps of icing sugar and cocoa out there
Doughnut icing has been changed and is now disgusting. Jam ball doughnuts have also shrunk considerably. I have sent an email to customer service and no response. Ignoring a problem is not the best solution. The constant full shelf and in stock of your product on supermarket shelves is testament to the ghastly things you now pass off as doughnuts.
Very disappointed! These were my favourites, but not anymore. They’re now my least favourite. What happened to the nice icing?? It tastes horrible now. Bought a packet of 4 and only 1 had jam, not to also mention the portion sizes have been drastically reduced. I miss the old mr donut. Won’t be buying again.
Nice shop, fresh produce, discounts, good coffee, helpful staff. Tends to be staffed by travellers, mostly French. Big range. Banana bread a favourite. Off street parking.
