I found this a very dangerous place for my toddler. There is bare Scaffolding and some areas had no netting so they could easily fall through the steps. The staff were friendly but that’s the only plus to this place.
Positive: The staff are lovely and it's a great space for younger aged kids.nnNegatives: The place is dirty and rundown. My son slipped on the moving cars and hurt his face on the broken hard plastic. Bathrooms dirty and parents room smelly with open bin.nnUnfortunately we won't be returning.
Can’t give this place more than 1 because it’s unsafe! I can’t believe they’re still in operation, it’s just a matter of time before a kid is seriously injured here. The foam inside the steps going up to the slide were worn out and really hard. Peeling plastic everywhere. Broken nets. Nets hanging so kids can climb up and fall down. Plus it’s not clean. Would not go again.
Really great venue with lots of play equipment to cater for all children of different age groups and abilities. Plenty of space to move around, tables and chairs for adults and a small cafe/snack area. Children under 1 go in for free, but otherwise it was very reasonably priced.
Recently had my son's 4th Birthday Party in the Pokemon room! The Party host Hannah did an amazing job communicating with me & we had a clear idea of how the day would run. Its a massive centre with enough equipment for the kids to have fun but without the feeling they're lost like a lot of other places have! Party room was set up well, clean & food etc was a hit. Platters were great & coffee's etc for adults all came out really quickly. Special mention to Lara, Millie, Chase & Lucy who were awesome on the day too! Everyone was really professional, kind & couldn't fault the day! Thank You!
