I genuinely wanted to find an outfit in Mossman shop in Highpoint just on Saturday. 3 ladies were in the shop working and chatting up with each other. What I’m really disappointed is that, I love the clothes but your poor bad customer service made me walk out. Not being greeted and being welcomed in a shop full of beautiful clothes was a let down. I really wish retailers would start focusing on their internal staff and get them trained to make people feel welcomed and make them feel like Mossman Clothing is made for them.  I just wanted to share this experience and I want to let the management know about this.  Hope you can train your workers to feel like they want to represent a good company with great quality clothes and customer service. This is why online shopping is doing better than boutiques. I love Mossman clothing . I find it contradictory .. I spent a large amount on a suit and it was just rolled up and put in a Myer bag.  Rolled up not even folded  . When I asked that care could be taken  the Myer assistant said that's the only way . Surly there's a suit bag for suits and dresses . Target fold clithi g.. Just sad that customer care is non exsistant

My wife was a repeat customer until today.   Like other reviewers have said the staff here are absolutely horrible, their attitude in general is not the best,  but once my two children walked in we were treated like lepers.  The misses had spent $2K today,  most of that was with their competitors

!!!!!WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! My girlfriend bought a dress here and just 1 hour later she decided that it wasn't for her she had not left the shopping center and was refused a refund by the manager this is a joke customer service here is rubbish. I would never recommend shopping here.

Beautiful clothing on sale at half the price, No excuse not to look good at that formal function or wedding
