MAS provide excellent customer service from their friendly experienced team. Even though they are an extremely busy business they have happily given their time with various appliance warranty claims, and air conditioning issues, over the past few years. Their service team are also very experienced and reliable. Caroline, and the team, have always gone above and beyond to strive for the best outcome. We are fortunate to have such a professional local air conditioning and warranty service business. Highly recommend!
Company sent a Bill for two Fan replacement diagnostic testing. I already requested that the Fans would need to be replaced. After disputing this Bill I have been blackbanned by this company forever after 20 years of business with them. I was made to feel as though I was taking advantage , when in fact its the other way round, also they ask for payment up front. Really , after 20 years, ????
5 stars for the great work. Came to my resort apartment..identified l needed a new pump, best option to purchase new washing machine. That afternoon new washer installed. Old one taken away...guests happy...owner happy.nThanks Caroline and Ian.
