My name is Dino from Rkosebud area. I am happy this council because I am disabled people and I use Home Care for myself. The staff is friendly people. When carer come help me have shower and they want work with disabled person and they care about them. I am very happy with this service and disabled. I am lets you know please use this service for disabled and older people too. They are very friendly and very good service too. KEEP GOOD WORK HOME CARE PLEASE. Thanks, Dino Ciuffetelli.

The counter staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. However, once the problem enters the machinations of the Council, things slow down dramatically. But then, this seems to be the status quo of local government these days.
