Absolutely rubbish personell. Not more than 1 lighter even though you xan just hand it to another. Today was the worst yet. Because the powerbank had no sticker on it wasnt allowed to go on even though it had travelled halfway around the world and through every major airport in Australia with no issues. Another example of BMA over extending its reach and stealing peoples things for no reason.

I visited Moranbah Airport for work purposes. It is the same as any small, remote town's airport in the sense that it is small and has decent facilities for its size. Anyone that has visited Moranbah township will agree that the airport is in line with the town. Not great but not terrible either.
Great small country airport. Newly refurbished. Well maintained n clean. Staffs generally friendly. Only prob is phone n internet connection inside the waiting hall appeared to be very poor or blocked. :
The new airport is a huge improvement on the old, although paid parking for a small town airport is greedy. The food shop make good food and is great if you forget lunch to pick up a good healthy feed
