Worst KFC in Australia. Needs new management, and needs to bring in workers from out of town under one of those housing deals. The staff are useless because they are lazy kids who do not want to work, and clearly they do not have many candidates to pick from, so they just hire anyone who will show up. Maybe this franchise needs to train their staff better or offer enticing rewards for speedy and efficient service. I've never in my life seen such terrible customer service, with common sense absolutely lacking. I literally watched a team member put all wings in our bucket because they were directly in front of him, rather then reach out and put in a variety of pieces which is what you pay for when you order pieces of chicken. This is just one example of what the staff are like. Also, speed is clearly not something the staff take seriously. EDIT - To reply to KFCs comment - this is a daily occurrence and has been happening for years since it opened. Everyone in town complains and nothing changes. You can tell that no matter how much management trained their staff in that store, it won't change because it's the nature of the staff, they are immature, I've watched them muck around and joke in the kitchen when there is a full drive thru and diner waiting for food. I'm telling you, need to think outside the box and bring some outsiders into town who actually want to work. Sounds costly, but speedy service and hard working staff will pay off. Like, no one goes to maccas in town anymore since they lost all their good staff. It's equally as terrible now, and I refuse to go there and wait 40mins for fries that takes a couple mins to cook. I'm a former fast food worker and I know how long food takes.. slow and unorganised staff is the issue. Even with 2 of us in the kitchen we smashed it through lunch at Macca's! Please do something about the staff so we can have the same experience at KFC as the rest of Australia..nMaccas in town is now worse than KFC, so if KFC doesn't improve..red rooster it is for the win.
Went to KFC drive through 27/2/21 @ 12.30pm. Ordered zinger box large. Didnt receive potato and gravy, wicked wings had been swapped for 1 chicken piece. Was told none of this. Didn't receive a receipt, can not complain without one. No explanation. Mate in car in front was also missing items. And chips half empty. Feel robbed.
Disapointed with my zinger burger and chips. Burger top bun had so much sauce that it was soggy. Bottom bread bun was soggy due to the wet lettuce. Chips were half cooked.
Constantly out of chicken and if you go through the drive through you're told to immediately park around the front and forced to wait upto 30 mins for your soggy food
The worst service you can possibly get. Atleast a 40 minute wait. Instead of having 3 employees trying to find people parked in the street. Maybe utilise them backing people's meals inside, and serve people through the drive through window Instead. Too worried about taking people's money and making them wait.
