Never have a problem when I can book in advance but sometimes there is a wait when I drop in unexpected. Can be hard to get the same doctor if using triage but otherwise find it good with pleasant doctors

Very busy practice, but very experienced doctors. Expect to wait if random pop in. Great to have bloods, X-ray, physiotherapy, nurses station, drs and pharmacy in one stop shop.

Came to this place while on holiday for treatment on my ear. Paid $90 to wait over 1hr and for a 1min consultation for them to tell me they couldn't help me. Was then also prescribed incorrect medication that I learned after the fact would never do what the doctor advised me it would. Very poor health care! Only positive is that the reception staff are lovely. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere if you require medical attention

Horrible place to have your health sorted, if you want someone to screw up your meds and not communicate with you, then charge you because they decided without saying anything that they changed the process, then head on down to get ripped off and go without medication for weeks on end, only to be told you have to pay again. For there mistake. So not impressed

There is no continuity of care at this medical practice. I had different doctors each time I called in. The waiting time was astronomically long to the point of being dangerous to operate as an 'urgent' medical centre. The reception staff are clueless and not very helpful. Each time I made a complaint it went to a different manager. I think they have had 3 managers over the last year. There must be something intrinsically wrong in this organisation or the higher management. We rang on behalf of a friend to ask for an immigration medical and this place is a lot more expensive than others. I do not at all recommend this medical practice to anybody.
