I got alittle nervous by the Google reviews, but I’ve found them to be amazing, within 1 visit with my new doctor here he had diagnosed me with something my doctor of 15 years had never considered. What a fantastic team of nurses & doctors and the receptionists are polite and bubbly. Highly recommend
Just had an appointment cancelled due to person being sick, this appointment was made 1 month ago, the rescedule is 6 weeks away, so 2 months and 2 weeks wait? That is absolutely shocking. Not acceptable. I have rang to get this fixed and the nurse, although trying to be helpful, tried to raise completely unrelated issues. Take responsibility, your team and your services are totally inadequate. You are responsible, NOT ME! I will update this, if we get a better outcome.
This practice hav these amazing team !!! Always helpful, supportive who will make sure u r listened and understood despite their busy practice. All d receptionist Andrea, Juliet ++ , Nurse, GP each and everyone I hav ever met just life saver like literally!! My full family only come hr even though we r no longer live in this area. If u ever after a good GP/practice must visit this place
Worst service every time, I don't know why 2 ladies sitting in the reception without any use and whenever I call they don't even listen my concern and directly transfer to nurse team but nurses never answered my call they don't even reply after my voice mail also. Every time they say we fully booked for next few weeks. I never get a proper appointment and recently I have made an appointment with nurse they didn't mention any date they just mentioned it's Tuesday, after I went there they're saying that not this Tuesday it's for next Tuesday. But they charge money without any service. Waste people worst service I ever had in my life with doctors and nurses.
The receptionist there is great and friendly, very welcoming vibe. I sent a feedback and they immediately respond to it. Dr Robin Dawson was very awesome, family -oriented, and warm to children. Thank you so much :
Very poor. Not the most hygienic looking place. Definitely not what you'd call 'service' if and when they can be bothered to attempt to make an appointment. Dearer than other places and only to see a constant stream of different doctors as they never stay long. I didn't bother with the place as they also seemed to discriminate ... Definitely avoid these people.
I have been coming here for about 12 years. My Dr Claire Botha-Reid is awesome and gives an excellent service. Reception is great. In the past I may have had to wait but I would rather do that then have a rushed Dr's appointment. Lately the wait time is really short, so this issue may have been resolved.
They dont deserved a star at all. They deserved nothing. Apart from the receptionist who was friendly the senior nurse was terrible and very awful character. Unhelpful and reluctant to informed about the blood test. She drawn a long horrible sulking face and I thought I saw a ghost. The female GP was paranoid, unhelpful and gave a cold shoulder. The worst place to go for treatment.
I've ordered the gravy train twice with a drink in the last week. The drink hasn't turned both times and gravy train lol there more chesse than gravy.... Cheese cost more than water and stock
Every time I go there I always say its the last time and then book again to give them the benefit of the doubt but finally the day has come. On a good note the reception was good this time but doctors another story. Every time I go there I have to see different doctor as my previous one has left for what ever reason..I don't go often so I can't justify $52 for 10 min when there ,with doctor who doesn't really care as I am not their original patient.. Definitely changing practice, not worth my time or my money spent
