Wonderful practice. I have been seeing Dr. Ball for the past 3 years and he is a wonderful physician who is a great listener and truly makes you feel supported. He is exceptionally thorough as well, which is such a huge asset. The entire team at his office is also top-notch!
Highly recommend! Full on WOF which is such a good way to get a great checkup. Get a few mates and a minivan, have a few beers and a good laugh. 3rd year for our group now, and getting more and more value from it.
I just wanted to say how fantastic everyone is at MenzMedical is! I had a vasectomy appointment cancelled last minute by another practice and when I called Menz and explained the situation they went out of their way to get me booked in on short notice as I had time booked off of work for the recovery. They were super helpful and even stayed late to get my procedure done! I couldn’t recommend their team enough. Their all about top notch service and they provided it! Thanks guys.
This practice is brilliant. Dr Ball by far the best doctor I have had, he's very detailed in his notes, really listens to what you say and pushes for specialists and ACC claims. On top of this the nurses are lovely, Scott is the most empathetic nurse I have meet, he's trained in mental health and knows how to listen. Rob is wonderful to speak to as well, genuine and reassuring .... This team has helped me immensely with improving my mental health. I can't thank your team enough! True health care is when we come out happier and I certainly have.
I had a vasectomy carried out in mid Oct 2020 by Dr Rob Williams at Menz Medical. During the whole procedure I didn't feel a thing and Rob & his team was very friendly, professional and made me feel relaxed about it. Scott, one of the nurses was particularly helpful and reassuring prior to and after the procedure. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. He is a really friendly guy and has a natural way of building a rapport with you l, listening to you and addressing any concerns. He is without doubt an asset to this business for sure. On the 4th day after the procedure I did start to feel some aching and moderate tenderness, but following advice from Scott, I took some paracetamol this discomfort went away. I've just had my second semen test results through today and no sperm was detected and everything feels normal, just the same as before. I'm very happy that I chose to have the procedure done and I certainly recommend Menz medical. Thanks, Ian
If you are serious about having good health this is not the place for you, Dr Ball seems to struggle with medical knowledge and concentrating on issue at hand, would always waste time going over previous visits instead of finding out why you were there and then incorrectly documents your problems which is on your file for life
Four of us came up from OAMARU the service was brilliant and very affordable very comfortable never felt a thing. Yes everyone was Allgood and back to work on the Monday.
Highly recommend this doctors practise awesome staff . And doctor very thorough . even made a cup of tea made for me !
