Generally a very disappointing experience after 5 years with this GP I am finally withdrawing and enrolling somewhere else. I have had nothing but frustration and confusion from this GP, none of my issues have ever been taken seriously, the doctors put no effort into referrals or further services to assist you, talk down to you and disregard your concerns, I have spent 5 years getting worse and worse because of Promed’s lack of empathy and care to its patients.nnAlthough you are saved by your reception and nursing staff, some of the sweetest and most understanding people I have ever met, thank you very much Carolyn H and Millie you are the only reason I stayed, constantly going the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and understood, I’m very grateful for your work
I booked in for a general check up using the app wanting to discuss travel vaccines. It was only after the appointment finished and I went to pay that I was told it costs significantly more and is not subsidized under the CSC. Nowhere on the booking app is there an option to book a travel consultation and nothing was communicated regarding price once travel information was discussed. I was also told I would be emailed useful information discussed during my appointment and nothing has come through either of my emails for a week now. How frustrating. All in all my experiences at pro med have been largely negative and I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
I never write a review before this is my first review I’m writing to alert people who ever suffering pain and confusion and difficulties with concentration and mood swings please check your b12 levels. I booked number of appointments with different doctors and I ask them please check my b12 levels they refused to check I don’t know the reason and when I came overseas I checked my b12 levels it was really very low and started to take injections and feel improved my mood and energy. Finally after staying with promed almost from 10 years now it’s time to change clinic because here no one look after me no one listen my concerns always they simply run Normal blood tests they never check b12 or some other tests to check root cause of mood swings and pain difficulties with focus now all gone when I checked my b12 and treated in overseas
Quite a good service here. Frequently really busy but they do their very best to meet your requirements. Car parking is off street nd quite tight to maneuver into. However most of the time there is a car park available.nAppointments are essential.nIt is worth mentioning there is an attached pharmacy which is very handy.
Excellent, caring, exceptional doctors and nurses, go above and beyond, value for money. I can’t thank them enough, would highly recommend!!
