I attended the clinic on Boxing Day. The waiting area was crowded so I was certainly expecting a long wait. Reception staff were busy but helpful and triage staff efficient and informative. Waiting areas comfortable, take your own magazines, generally noisy, unavoidable given the numbers. Coffee and food was available from an outside vendor not sure if that service is always available. Only about an hour and a quarter before I was seen by a Doctor. She was very thorough and I was well looked after. Important I say Thank You to a dedicated team for being available and for working so hard to care for so many of us on a that public holiday.

Over the New Year holiday period I attended the Medical Centre with a sick adult grandchild. The service received from the moment we walked in the door from reception to nursing staff to doctors was exceptional and I cannot speak more highly of the whole team. I was certainly most impressed and have been telling all our friends about the amazing service and the dedication of the staff. Many, many thanks to you all.

I turn up there with a niggle pain in my throat. He could have sent me home but took two lots of bloods over a few hours as the doctor had a hunch about me. It turned out I was having a heart attack. Fantastic service, I was in the ambulance and off to hospital. Well done is s I can say. I also learnt that women have heart attacks different to men. Some times it is just a wee pain in the elbow. Who would have thought.

The wait times can be very long and it can be frustrating however that is how all after hours places are. Two staff members in particular Rochelle and sue were so phenomenal and gave me the best care I feel I have ever received. They we reassuring and very up beat given that it was around midnight. Thankyou so much, you’re fantastic!

these guys give up their social time to be available 24/7 and I am very grateful. The receptionists were working under a lot of pressure but handled it really really well with care and professionalism. Triage was quick and friendly and the nurse answered my questions about the stats she took. The Doctor was also quick, but you know, there were a lot of people waiting. Apparently Saturday morning is not usually so busy, and overnight they have only one Doctor. I didn't like the hour wait, but that is just the territory, bring entertainment. Health professionals have to work with ever decreasing budgets, with restrictions and still have to meet our rising expectations! PS ... I am not the Doctor referred to in another comment on here (if only!)
