Forte Health strive to provide the best possible care for our patients. We specialise in day and short stay surgery in our modern hospital in Christchurch.

Story

Forte Health provide high quality surgical care for a range of specialties including gynaecology, urology, orthopaedics, oral and dental and otolaryngology (ENT).

We have overnight facilities for 16 patients in our ward, day stay lounges where you'll also find our great setup for children.

Visiting hours for the ward are flexible, please phone ahead through our main number if you're not sure.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Forte health for my son’s tonsillectomy. We were looked after with such care from admission to discharge. I couldn’t recommend forte health highly enough, and especially the nurses, who are all absolute angels.nThe bravery certificate at discharge is a beautiful touch too. Something so small, that will mean so much to my boy.
Excellent service and lovely staff. I came in to get my 4 wisdoms surgically extracted and I was petrified as it was my first time going under. The staff were absolute sweethearts and I felt in completely good hands. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and that all my needs were met.
I had my first ever surgery here the other day and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. The team were amazing, the food was great, and I felt very cared for. Thank you so much to all of the staff who looked after me and my surgeon Hamish Love

Had a two night stay here recently after a procedure. All staff were amazing, especially the surgeon, anesthetist, nurses and health-care workers. Everyone was so warm and accommodating. The hospital is quiet, modern, clean and comfortable and the food is good too. They're forever offering drinks and snacks. It was like a little get away!
