I can't fault Unimed Chch. Have had numerous claims for recent health issue and they have been nothing but helpful and very efficient at reimbursing any out of pocket expenses.
Absolutely greedy outfit! We have only been with them for 3 months and they have just increased our premiums substantially!! Do not recommend this company at all for health insurance. Morally wrong to do this.
Claim reimbursement should take up to 5 days. Now if you call them after a week and a half they just tell you they are short-staffed and will get to it when they get to it. Could take up to 3 weeks.
They make mistakes on claim payments and customer service give the wrong information.
Great.Reimbursement is paid quickly. Form used for reimbursement could be more user friendly.
If you got other options, don't use this insurance. They very picky when comes to the clames.
More expensive than others for similar cover. Increase fees regularly, not with it Would choose others over this lot
