Level 3 takeaway experience review: I ordered on the spot and was told around 10 to 20 mins and was given a receipt. Lots of people ordering one after each other. They did not tell me if my food was ready, instead I went to ask after 20 mins. It was ready, but not sure how long it has been sitting there. Food was still very hot when I got home and good portion size and delicious
Fantastic food, great price, good atmosphere. However my only downside was the customer service, you are handed a tablet when you are seated and are required to figure out how to use it on your own, the menu didn't make much sense and I would prefer if they went back to having a server to take your order. This is one of the best food places in auckland and I really enjoy going here
Drinks here are still amazing, but I used to come here as a kid and this has always been my favourite place. Unfortunately doesn’t seem the same for what ever reason. The pad Thai has become bland , used to have great flavour but lacks any now. For some reason they also use a lot of oil and doesn’t sit well. Leaves a funny after taste. Perhaps not all the food is like though, but I have ordered the pad Thai a couple times recently and thought maybe was just one off bad one, but it wasn’t- spring rolls and for some reason is very oily, and a lot more pastry in comparison- not as much filling. Drinks there are definitely still amazing though would recommend them.
I have been eating in this place since 2017. Food and cleanliness was well maintained with female staff around. Now its Dec 2022 and its mostly boys who don't know how to sweep the floor regularly. Owner should give a surprise visit and teach male staff how sweep the floor instead
Good place to grab a casual bite. Decor is vastly improved after the reno. Extensive menu with good tea options. The teas I found to be excellent. Definitely a must have. The food is OK. Inexpensive too. The service is quite bad I found. Staff have a very glum demeanour and very uncommunicative. Food came out quickly enough. Parking is a major hassle with a lot of restaurants nearby it can be a absolute mission.
Ordered in Ubereats. Its so expensive for the quality we get. They charge 26 dollars for chicken fried rice but they use frozen veggies. Its hard to find chicken in the fried rice and No flavour in it.Dumpling was okish.. For the same price the big fish eatery puts fresh veggies and meat. Total ripoff.. just be fair for what you get. Never ordering again.
Yummy food at a yummy price. Pad thai and crispy chicken are my fave. Good drinks and overall good menu to choose from. Place is nice when you walk in and service is quick. I prefer this one over the Newmarket branch.
Had dinner here. There are a lot of menu options for food and way more for drinks. The portions are massive so this is a great place to go off you are really hungry or want to share a meal.
Friendly Service However, I was seriously disappointed with the food and drinks. Regards to The drinks they needed to communicate that they were out of stock of majority of what we ordered instead of serving something different. No Boba or caramel and sorry can not make momo mango ice at all. Did not communicate any of that and Taro milk which is my absolute favorite. Tasted weird, like UTH milk gone wrong. Not happy. Food to expensive for small servings. All I am going to say about this is I wasted my money. Not great.Momo was recommended to me by my friend who loves them. First and last time for my family. Never again.
