What a lovely guy they have working there. So pleasant and professional. Can't remember the last time someone smiled so much while talking to customers. I'm sorry, I don't remember his name but it was at 9.20pm Wednesday 20/05/2026. Absolutely awesome customer service!
Some friendly staff but Mobil fuel is rubbish and retail side the have priced themselves out of the market which is a corporate decision not the franchise owner. However unfair on his kilbirnie staff to travel a long distance to Kenepuru in Porirua as we do recognize the staff

Service was so bad, the workers were not helpful at all and people love to eat there food in the tyre parks which is annoying :
What's the point of having water and tissue containers if there are never any tools or tissues in the containers? Suggest you either manage tools/stock or remove the containers so that your customers expectations are better managed. Also water containers to top up windscreen washers aren't too much to ask? Should we bring our own?
