I always use BP because it has always been my favorite stop while travelling. I always get Petrol, a wild bean coffee, recharge and use the toilet. Except here the toilet had apologies out of order sign on the door because it was two in the morning and the attendants didn't want to clean the toilets because of teenagers being sick in the toilet and when I asked was a genuine customer and why don't they give the key instead lying the said nothing and I was told to go down the road. This is the first time and the last time.

Service very slow, staff wandering around with no clue. Cafe area too dirty.

The only BP in miles that provides Ultimate 98 at its pumps. The rest are all 95... It's very busy though and access in and out is a nightmare at peak times
