Very organised and neat store. It's not huge like the Mega10, which is good as well as I could find what I'm after very quickly. Visit now for the opening deals, there are quite a number of items on specials! The garden area is not big but very clean, worth a quick stroll. Pop into the cafe for food and drinks, it's great and deserves our support.
The team are super helpful and friendly. There’s always a sufficient number of staff on the shop floor to assist too. Pricing isn’t as sharp as Bunnings unfortunately but the customer service is excellent and makes it a really nice shipping experience.
After my first experience at this store and my conversion with manager today I will certainly not return. Was locked in the garden center a hour before closing last night. Recommend you check for customers before closing doors. Nobody answering store phone. We almost has to smash glass doors to get anyone's attention to be let out. Expecially disturbing when you had anxiety and panic attacks. Manager answer to this problem was unhelpful and passing it off as a head office problem and wants signs placed up. That wouldn't of helped us last night. A least place a intercom or some devices around store for a customer to use to get help or service.
It would be nice if customer service or any your departments could actually answer your phone instead having physically drive in to get simple question answered.
Love the new store!!!! : just missing the drive through part like the old store to make collecting heavy items easier and quicker. Good indoor plant selection!!

Before moving to Whangaparoa my Mitre 10 was a mega store. I was pleasantly surprised to find this store well stocked. I recommend this store to others
