We asked for some help from this lovely lady Kristen. Had great knowledge about plants about how to maintain them, even showing me which pot will suit which plant .Great service honestly I would not look for price of plants if I gets this valuable advice for free .theirs only one place for me to buy plants is MITRE10 ONE SHOP STOP .nThanks I will surely recommend to all my friends and family, Staff look happynAlso went in cafe for Brunch great food good service.nAnd last but not least checked out staff with a Big smile .
Purchased a waterblaster that didnt meet my expectations in terms of what the packaging suggested it did.nBit of poor service from some of the floor staff left me unhappy which lead to ancomplaint but M10 have resolved the issue and I’m happy with the outcome so it’s only fair i adjust the review to suit. Will continue to shop here
I purchased an electrical product probably not even a year ago in that time I've lost the receipt. I went into the store and explained my problem and they asked for a receipt which is a fair comment. I said I didn't have it and it was explained that if I could find it on my bank statements they could help. I thought great. Then it was said we carnt do an exchange it would have to be sent away for to be checked and it could take a few weeks . So what would I do in the meantime? You don't get this problem at bunnings. It's swapped no worries. Lesson learnt .
Nice food and good playground
Beautiful place to get Al your stuff for and around your house. Lots of products to choose from and you can also have a nice coffee for a break. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They love to provide you with helpful advice and information. Lots of parking spaces are available. They're also providing the customer with free Wi-Fi.
