We are camping. A storm snapped our gazebo T connector. A very helpful staff member from the outdoor furniture section tried to order a replacement part but it's arrival was going to be 5 - 10 working days away. We came up with this hack instead... Absolute champion.
It's just easy, stock on shelves and available. Great support and guidance from staff who make eye contact when you are looking lost. To date, I've not left empty handed, I get what I needed or better options thru staff help and knowledge. Work smart, not hard!
One of my fav places to spend money. I once spent lots of money there, now retired I enjoy getting what I need within my limited means. Always great service, and some of the sales people are like an M10 family to me. Not weirdly, but great people to deal with, who remember me and don't make me feel stupid and who are friendly. The shop is easy to navigate and staff helpful, and great at asking if I need help. Great products, and a great range. The new parking markings take a bit of navigating but I respect the fact that access for disabilities and people with small kids are catered for and cared about. Have spent a huge amount of money there over the years, good prices and I great service. I enjoy going there, and appreciate the public loos when needed.nThank M10 Mega. I can't say enough good about you all.

We have a good Mitre 10 store in Whangarei. Today the guy in the plumbing aisle helped me sort out matching up all the water tank valves and adapters I needed within a couple of minutes. Awesome, thanks alot.
