I've been in and out of this countdown store for years and found the staff to be very friendly , helpful and always willing to give advice when needed . Parking is only restricted due to the late night markets that frequent the parking area below . If only some of the people using the markets would be more considerate or the markets were to find a more suitable gathering area . There is no secure parking for this whole shopping area . Do lock it , or lose it . Some of the people who steal from your car are not who you would expect them to be . This includes vehicle recovery services .

Good supermarket with a decent range. Just got id' requested. Well over the age with a pregnant wife... bit ridiculous. Where is the commonsense?

Countdown Oakara is not only a great place to buy food but the whole experience is friendly, very helpful with staff always smiling. Nothing is too much trouble for this team ..i believe it starts with the Manager ( always comes from the top) highly recommended !

A clean tidy countdown which has a good selection of GF items, more than the downtown shop. Friendly helpful staff and efficient checkout operators. Nice.

Friendly staff, love that I can order my groceries online and pick up for free. So much easier than dragging 3 kids around the shop!
