Seriously fabulous! I was served by Toni and she restored my faith in Bendon. She really went the extra mile, I didn't leave the fitting room, she found perfect bras for me, I left with 3 totally awesome comfortable bras. After losing weight I have really struggled to find a great fitting service for a smaller bust, the specialty shops I used to shop at didn't carry my size. Any fitting I had was only with a tape, until Bendon Whangarei! Totally worth a visit.
Had a fitting and shopped for new bras/undies. Only go bra shopping once in a blue moon. A salesperson named Ava was really great and helped me find my size and the most comfortable bras. I love that she took the time to help. She had her manager come and check me for fit which was really nice. Another salesperson with long blonde hair and heavy bangs was also quite helpful. Thank you!
My mother, grandmother and daughter and myself came in today and had the best time. Ally provided amazing service and a great attitude. Made us feel comfortable and we had a lot of fun. Great team, great environment. Thanks Ally and team!

Good afternoon I needed to purchase some lingerie today at the Whangarei store. Katie was busy with another customer but stopped and asked if I needed help. She asked all the right questions to find out my needs. Gave me some options and suggested I try them on while she finished with her other customer. Her recommendations were spot on. Recently I was in-store and served by Sarah What a great experience I don't generally like clothing shopping much, but the emotional intelligence & manner in which I was helped in my purchase was exceptional - with a lovely low key sense of humour in the mix which was a bonus- highly recommend
Extremely rude and aggressive customer service, was asked to put mask on ‘and if ya don’t like it you can leave’ had not even asked if exempt, which I am. Would NOT recommend for any person that cannot wear a mask, instead head to Farmers where they have same brands and a much better service. Horrible experience especially considering the current situation where we just want to regain some form of normality. Cannot believe that this person would even be allowed in customer facing position, will be following up with formal complaint.
Excellent customer service from the store manager today. We had a situation that was handled with the right attitude and a pleasing result. Thank you.
