Large, airy store. Covers the whole family. Not a big selection in Menswear and I personally have found for quite a few years now that the range of womenswear is a bit boring sorry Postie+ to how it used to be. I still pop in from time to time on the offchance, but.......
Arranged like a supermarket really. Few staff if you need help. Can find clothes for every family member & not too expensive but quality variable. Ie 'marino' top $25 ran into holes after 1 wash.
Hi, I visited store today, found most of what I wanted, went to young staff member who showed me what I was looking for, cheerfully, remember being young and going to work Monday morning on a wet winters day lol, and she was very polite and efficient... thank you for a good experience.... we all have to work remember...I still do...highly rated
Reasonable selection. Few male clothes
This place has really improved from the old postie plus memories of years ago. Nice clothes of a decent quality at very competitive prices. There are a lot of other things available in the make-up/skincare areas that are available too. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the counter, but not unreasonable. Also, there is a great rewards/loyalty programme available that is worth a look!
Writing for my wife's experience......the parcel ordered online did not arrive and the Postie help line was less than helpful and offhand. She went into postie Whangarei to follow up after failing to get anywhere on the phone. The parcel was signed for by no one we know? so not their problem according to the Whangarei manager who was, simply put, very rude. Blamed it on the courier company and basically told my wife to p*** off. Wont be back to that shop or online. Very poor. I figure if your business was originally based on mailing or couriering items they should guarantee delivery and take it up with the courier company afterwards. Signed for by a different name from that on the parcel......yeah nah.....you have it all wrong Postie!
Hard to find parking but at no fault of Postie's. Good selection of clothing and quick service meant not a very long wait time in the queue
A bit of a wait at counter as staff member was not around, but once another staff member noticed the situation was quickly resolved. Staff member who served me was very apologetic. Very pleasant young lady.
Just popped into the sale with daughter 11years old. Brilliant shop two fantastic outfits for less than $50! Fashion that is not lolli for 11year olds, sophisticated enough but not too womanly. Amazing animal print tops and skin jeans with gold metallic spots, great tights. Keep it up. Loved the selection.
