I don’t usually like to name drop on bad reviews but I am very upset at the customer service I received today. I wanted to use afterpay to purchase something for my daughter.. they don’t have Zip afterpay even tho it says they do on the website..nnMe and my daughter were served by Donna.. She was rude when we were showing her it says they have Zip in store. She then tried to figure out something for us using click and collect which didn’t work. this was the only nice customer service we got After that didn’t work as it said the item was out of stock on click and collect she LOUDLY announced “ This lady is trying to use afterpay in click and collect because she has no money”nnIt was so rude and quite embarrassing. Not everyone can afford to pay things straight away especially with today’s prices. Disappointed.
Poor service 4 staff members on at the counter.. All seemed away with the fairys waited ages to be serviced. 1 staff member was rather rude to a customer not cool. No staff on the shop floor to ask for help. Very poor
Sad to read some of the reviews, everytime I've been in the store the service has been excellent...even when very busy.
Absolutely amazing staff and air-conditioning. I don't like the music though as I can't hear myself think. I would spend more money if it was quiter.nAgain great staff and air-conditioning. 10/10 plus.
Great specials and wonderful staff. An excellent experience.nWe were looking for a turquoise rug and velvet fabric to make curtains to match the rug.nWow we found both.n50% off the rug and 40% off the fabric.nA fantastic result
