Real huge store with almost everything what you need for your house, garden. Including hardware, bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe, electric, plumbing, DIY kits, tools, wood and much moreHelpful staff, easy navigation, open all 7 days and not highly priced.

Bought 3 bags of soil wheelbarrow and 5 trees with various items. You would think the 5 staff at the garden centre counter would offer to help considering 3 of them were standing around talking. Instead they watched me break out 3 separate loads to carry to the car. Upon asking for plastic bags to wrap the trees pot they picked the smallest bags. Just complete nonsense and disappointed at the staff engagement. I would usually go to bunnings due to the prices and more attentive services however was making a stop of convenience along the way at mitre 10. In saying that the trade staff were eager to help and attend. So definitely a good start with lack lustre ending. Kudos to them.

Massive store, very helpful staff and a great place to get anything you need for around the house jobs.

Great place to buy the household stuff. Probably one of the biggest store of Mitre 10. They have drive through for building material section. They have electronic appliances, kitchen and bathroom section and plenty of there things to look for. They also have the facility to buying the stuff online and pick it up later or being delivered home.

Range is OK - but being a NZ co-op you would expect less of cheap Chinese stuff and more locally made items. Not the case. Staff in the trade section is good and helpful. During busy times lots of casual staff with little clue in the the main section.
